RELIANCE ONLY SAVIOUR FOR BULLS AT THIS JUNCTURE . . .
Trading levels 14th / 18th September 2020
On Wednesday, midweek , NIFTY was sulking around 11200 and RELIANCE was around 2080. Suddenly there was life in RELIANCE and it made a 4 % move that day followed by another 7+ percent move on the following day.
Totally RELIANCE moved about 12 %+ by the market closed on Friday. With a 15 % weight on nifty, that is like adding 1.8 % to NIFTY … about 190/195 points. Total gain was about 270/280 points from week’s low. So nearly 70 % was RELIANCE contribution. Another 40/45 points added by IT sector means rest of the NIFTY components were mostly in negative or neutral at best.
Do you remember last week I had said …. RELIANCE HOLDS THE KEY ….
The markets have become so dependent on RELIANCE that if one is able to predict RELIANCE movement correctly, he will make tones of money trading NIFTY.
And funny thing is – all RELIANCE moves are mostly news driven. So there is nothing that you can predict from technical charts – for RELIANCE and correspondingly for NIFTY as well.
