my take for coming week ....
Trading levels 14th / 18th May 2012
We have been trading virtually whole week below 5000 level and even 4900 looked threatened on Friday. All this was scripted in my MONTHLY LEVELS which were posted on my website on 1st May. Please check on www.sumamura.com
So … now where do we go from here ….
4770/4780 seems a minor support but if that does not hold we are destined to see 4600 or December 2011 lows unless something changes dramatically in next one or two weeks ……
And these changes are more likely to happen on the global front as our domestic macro story can be written off completely due to government inaction …
Sonia – Manmohan team has delivered little in last 3 years and if Pranabda is kicked up - into a bigger house, I don’t even see this government completing its scheduled 5 year term.
Rupee is pushing 54 again inspite of mid-week intervention by RBI thru some regulatory changes. That is a good commentary for our deteriorating CAD situation.
I had announced last week itself that this rupee move has completely nullified the GAAR push back effect. And it turned out to be exactly like that.
I HOPE YOU HAVE ALREADY STARTED CHERRY PICKING THE STOCKS OF YOUR CHOICE AS VALUATIONS ARE TURNING ATTRACTIVE. Infact some valuations are now mouth watering .
